                                 AYANGUE BEACH



Small coastal town known as "the pool of the Pacific", since mountains interrupted in the sea and the waters form a natural pool. In its depths is hidden a great diversity of fauna and flora. It is considered one of the best places for diving in the Ecuador. Its beaches are nesting sea turtles.


The tourist influx to Ayangue is intense, since mountains interrupted in the sea, its waters form a kind of "natural" swimming pool... There you can bathe without fear.

Location
Located in the province of Santa Elena, 150 kilometers from Guayaquil, bounded to the North with the commune San Pedro, on the South by the Palmar commune, to the East by the parish Colonche and the mountain range of the same name, and to the West by the Pacific Ocean.

The main attraction of Ayangue, is the practice of world class diving. The only protected Bay of Ayangue, differs it from other places in the path of the Spondylus and very calm waters make it an excellent place for underwater exploration.

Ayangue beach is a place for rest, recreation and to satisfy the most demanding tastes in matter of maritime cuisine. In the vicinity of the beach, you can find several restaurants offering all sorts of delicacies from the sea.
